It happens everytime. As soon as I get home, home safe that is, sh*t hits the fan. Here's a video from brother Greg in DC still.

I have a lot to report and will do so, I'm still nurturing the jet-lagg. For now, this very recent video from D.C where some of the OLA Media Team is still. Yesterday was a brutal travel day but I love L.A. too much and am glad to be home.

今週はワシントンD.C.にOccupy活動者が集結し、ワシントンD.C.改革を訴えている。
１月20日には合衆国裁判所を占拠し、憲法に反する立法行為に反旗を揚げる。

私たちが疑問をもっている法律、法案の一部は以下。

NDAA　国防権限法
この法律によって米当局は、テロに荷担していると疑われるアメリカ市民を、
裁判所の逮捕令状なしに無期限に勾留できることになった。

法の適正な手続きでは、市民は裁判や弁護士接見の機会なしに、自由を奪われない。
人身保護令状によって、不法な拘留、拘禁から解放される権利を保証されているはずである。

NDAAはテロ対策を名目に、
当局の権限を無尽蔵に拡張するものであり、
憲法にうたわれた「自由」を妨げるおそれがある。

SOPA /PIPA　著作権保護法案、 IP保護法案
SOPA、PIPAに賛同する人々は、これらの法案が、特に海外サイトによる違法海賊行為から、
著作権を保護し、著作権者の財産を守るとしている。
ABC、ディズニー、ルパート・マードック、ファイザーといった大企業が
ロビー活動を行っているとされる。
