I've launched the99percentvotes.com (or the99vote.com for short) for people to propose, discuss, and vote on public policy ideas. Currently 128 ideas have been proposed and ranked by 163 people. Please join, submit ideas, and vote. I think this tool can be very powerful if it's widely used.
