On April 4th Santa Monica Police shoved their way into a group of people attempting to attend a Public Meeting of the SMC board. When the concerned citizens were unable to move fast enough Campus Police used chemical weapons on random citizens in the crowd, including a small child.
Join us this weekend to alert people about this atrocity and the reason behind it, the desire for an affordable/free education.

OLA Actions committee would like everyone to meet at the Third Street Place in Santa Monica, at the Santa Monica Blvd entrances and march to the Santa Monica Pier (about 0.5 miles, flat and paved)

Please bring family friendly signs, banners and voices to denounce this atrocity and the ongoing use of excessive force by rogue members of our police forces. Pro-education messages are also requested, so the original message doesn't get lost in the outcry. :)
