This is just some of the art at the show. The show was done in conjunction with Occupy Venice and Occupy Los Angeles. Donations were to be accepted at the door, but due to a visit by some plain clothed police, this was not possible, as they were asking about permits, saying we couldn't charge admission (we weren't!) or accept any money. So if you would like to donate to Alex's memorial fund, which will help benefit Alex's baby son Rivers, please donate at the following link: https://www.wepay.com/donations/alex-weinschenker-memorial-fund

Move on for a month had planned a day of 99%. Has move on co-opted Occupied, specifically OLA. NO, move on has taken the power of 99%, which is simply spreading the energy of the idea & went with it, because OLA has not.
So Sat., there was Move On, the benefit tribute & GA. Ya, right.
1st things 1st: Alex is part of what moved all of our collective consciousness and became our consciousness. He will not be forgotten. He will not be forgotten.
2nd: I don't trust OLA as far as I could throw OLA. The absurdity of going to a GA & an attention addict insulting everything & the supposed enlightened or insulted "LAUGHING" as long as at the insult, at the time, isn't directed at their supposed minority interests.
The absurdity of there not being a pile of OLA t shirts at the GA's for sale.
My own personal vision that I have to comprehend. After Alex passed away, I was driving down the 101 freeway & as I approached downtown a yellow parakeet or canary tiredly flew across the freeway, I thought how amazing, until I noticed about 40 feet above there was a crow, when the bird fluttered one way the crow instantly changed direction.
One of those things that only I seem to notice. LA is infested with crows, the natural bird population is at critical. The vibe in this town is nauseating.
Occupied has set us free. I will fly with the flock. The move on flock, if you will not, but the flock. I'm not into getting tailed by crows. I'm old enough to know how to survive. Make a t shirt, sell a t shirt. Plan a tribute benefit.

I recently went to Penny's, hadn't been in years, finally had enough $ to get some new work socks. They had an area of tables & racks about 1/3 the size of Liberty Plaza. Nothing but logo t shirts. Every logo imaginable, past & present. $20.00, $25.00 a pop.
The only reason I can think of that OLA is not making & selling t shirts is that it is completely run by infiltrators.
It is not rocket science. For all the divergent factions of OLA to put their heads together.
I recommended right after the raid, "Make some t shirts."
The absurdity. Anyone with a lick of sense, does not want to get involved with OLA. Got better things to do than be put through "Only I'd" Only I am OLA, nobody else can be OLA because only I am OLA.
I apologize if I seem angry. I do not understand that OLA will not spread the 99% message & make some much needed money. It does not compute.
