Spelling concern's REALLY?!
I have seen So many post's regarding spelling & grammar that seem to be an attempt to cloud the original message. I have even seen a few who criticize other's for their spelling, while having misspelled words in their own post's, WTF!
Occupy & The 99% offer many, all of us a chance for a better life, without being scrutinized by the corruption of the 1%, or the ridicule of our "Brother's & Sister's" in Solidarity of this wonderful movement.
Spin or Fabricate or any response to the contrary of this post, is in my mind, an "Elitist" attribute, more associated to the 1%, than us, "The 99%"
Get past your frivolous & demoralizing remarks, encouragement not ridicule, is the order of the day!

Yeah have seen that too, generally I try to ignore it as slamming someone's post saying they disagree, and rather than then backing up their disagreement with intelligent argument (or even leaving it at a simply "I don't agree" and that's it) they talk trash about the spelling in someone's argument. I think (heck, I hope) people gloss over that and realize nothing important was said. I'm not sure it's elitist, might be more that it's childish- "I disagree with you so here's an insult and maybe other children will join in and scare you into not talking!"
So I wouldn't let it get to you man. Let reactionary children run and play and be children until they speak respectfully for us to listen- How's that for being elitist, eh, eh? :p

Fex, Agreed man,
Ignoring the remarks are a better way of combating the childish action's of a few than prolonging the remarks. Well said bro!
Trolls under the bridge

Open forums such as this web site will always attract trolls. Trolls will always use the same tactics. If they have enough information to conduct personal attacks, they will. They will almost always be insulting. One very common insult is an attack on the intelligence of the poster, claiming poor grammar and spelling (even if there are no errors). Another tactic is to play with the stereotypes that are already in place. Trolls are not generally very creative and by repeating the same tactics over and over they are nullifying themselves. Their efficacy affects their job security (yes, many are getting paid to post).
