Change can be illusive, or interpretaive.

There are lots of people now that are calling for questions. Answers are what they need.

The Soviets, at the end of communism knew that that existing paradigm was changing. Opportunists took their place. American capitalists sought to hitch on to the gravy train.

The former communists saw these criminals as who they were, and they proceeded to throw the bums out of airplanes at 1,000 feet.
