Hello Occupiers in LA. I raise a concern that some that are Spokes councils members are unwilling to further peoples agendas at General Assemblies. The dangers of having a Spoke council that determines all is the same danger we see that has taken away the voice of anyone of us. I am not attacking but recent reports and minutes show that there is expulsion without due process, there is domination over the funds that are donated there is intimidation to silent dissenters and there is exclusion, In my opinion the GA’s would be better served if they created sustainable economies for their communities with support from their communities while listening and serving the people of the General Assembly without a spokes council.
A Spoke council can be good if filled by people in service to people as opposed to being in service to pursue an agenda. Spokes councils take the place of leaders, same manner, same mythology and eventually become corrupted, If one is necessary I Propose that a Limit of three General Assemblies be conducted and then the members of the Spoke council be by General Assembly vote changed to include everyone eventually. Democracy is not an authoritative spoke council. Democracy is the voice of the people. I don’t want to replace current oppression with just another form of oppression. Its time to grow time to be brave and allow the Democracy of the People to flourish, for Peoples hearts to change, for people to express freedom and art in equality with a sustainable community that first creates economy and then mediates the needs and concerns of the people within that General Assembly equally I have offered my life for this cause.
So please to do not get caught up in authoritative spokes councils remain democratic and have compassion for all people equally.

In Regards to NDAA and SOPA we must resist before there are Americans censored imprisoned without due process or warrant. No one person should ever hold the ability to incarcerate and detain indefinitely without peer review or a fair trail. It is hoped that somehow these two bills will be stopped. Time to insist Pres. Obama Veto these measures it is the American People who are offended by the bills NDAA and SOPA not terrorists..
