The only remaining question is how long its going to take to hit the ground. But there is ample evidence to suggest that Fox News isn't doing much to educate the masses. More evidence that law enforcement sees infiltration of a painfully transparent organization as necessary to their investigative efforts which is almost comical if you've ever been to a typical committee meeting or spent any time at the encampment while it existed. Apparently, the Freedom of Information Act isn't going to be enough despite the antics of the “undercover” cops who show up at anything occupy-related:

Here's what happens when bank crooks are confronted with oversight or regulation designed to provide a check to irresponsible, often criminal, lending and business practices:

A little constructive criticism, some new regulations, and the banking interests will make sure the litigation lasts into the next century. In other words, not only do they have the money to stifle common sense legislation at the congressional level, they also have the litigators to outlast any opposition, civil or regulatory, when they can't buy the legislators.

What hope is there to exercise any control over people who effectively control the levers of power, evidence of government collusion surfacing regularly, (our favorite financial writers and experts providing the examples daily?)

Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said on Sunday that an agency established to protect consumers from financial fraud "is something out of the Stalinist era," which must be an inside joke when one considers that he is a leading proponent of the NDAA Sections 1031 and 1032, perhaps the most Stalinist provisions ever introduced in the Senate. And since we all know that agencies with a mandate to protect consumers from fraud are usually part of a communist plot, the senator must be privy to information about all the Stalinists who are behind it. Have you looked inside your refrigerator to see if there are any terrorists hiding in there?
