I hope there will be a diary on the website for people to write their simple experience of the RAID! Your experience may have witness, as I just realized myself, today.
    I had been coming to OLA since OWS was raided, just 6 or so days (checked calendar, two weeks actually, how amazing home is). I marched on the 17th, BLOCKED sidewalk, end of line, got, learned, Kettled: {Keep your Cool, you're NOT a WILD animal}. LUCKILY, people saw, chanted, released.
    Busy day Tuesday, thought Oh, you're going down anyway, didn't check. News vans on the other side, that's strange. I had bought into the "Going to send... to help homeless find, blah, blah, blah", so thought it wouldn't happen for 3 to 5 days at least.
    I'm just an old liberal, there to support, observe, can't afford to get arrested.
    Attend GA, find out at Dodgers, realize I need to double tye my shoelaces...
    At beginning of blockaid, watch two guys run the lines, get through, short stocky police chase, not even close, look really funny when he realizes, he's getting, a bit tooo far in. Guy adds on another shirt. YEEEAAAH!

    Oblivious homeless camper collecting bottles & cans, thinking is he gonna realize, get his tiny tent out... see him a 1/2 hour before, a cart & leaving. Thank God.
    Outskirts of park, see some guys meditating, Ask if I may join them for a while, hand extends to sit. Meditate, I'm refreshed, guys have left, a couple minutes later, all hell breaks loose. SOME noise, look left, a guy says "What's happening?" a guy running past, "the're raiding RUN!" ten feet behind COP & BATTON, COP & BATTON, get up run, all in a left hand look.
    Inside Job..............  NO WARNING! The amount of laws broken that night are mind bloggling.
    Go to safe corner, others like myself; from south, police line kettle, people scramble, some run up steps, some on opposite side, seems police are letting them run up those steps, Trapped? I don't know. I almost fall for it, whew. OTHERS, one good cop waves go east. People go east, I decide... looks OK, stay. Observe. Maybe 20 people on the sidewalk by City Hall East, all watching the inside of park. Here MEDIC! Look slightly right, see Josh, carried over, broken wrist by rubber bullit. People HELP him, call ambulance. Observe, observe. Tired, decide, it's getting ify, head east, guy says, "to the bridge down the stairs" Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
    If I had only been looking Josh's direction. Peace.
    Those who observed til the end, got keetled, arrested, no experience, YOU are soooo beautiful & heroes of all history.
