Footage of last nights sole arrest. He didn't look like he was sleeping to me, so why couldn't he walk in the steps? I watched this on ustream last night, and I am very happy someone posted clear footage. Thank you!

This guy has guts and he was arrested for embarrassing the cops, nothing more. He wasn't sleeping, he was protesting. Where the hell is the ACLU, NAACP, Jesse Jackson and Rev. Sharpton on this one? Someone should contact them. This looked like five white guys arresting him.
