Video: Testimonials of Abuse and Injustice

Here are some testimonials of police brutality and abuse from arrestees.

By multiple accounts, arrestees were humiliated, beaten, injured, threatened, and denied their rights to a lawyer.  Several accounts say that a man's wrist was broken.  Many occupiers were held on misdemeanor charges for over 50 hours.  As of today, about 50 of us remain incarcerated.

Unfortunate, but...

It is unfortunate that movements often require physical wrongs to be done to people in order to garner the attention they deserve. To make sure that the sacrifices of those on the ground are not for nothing, everyone who is not there physically (like me) I think has a definite duty to learn how to change policy and discipline themselves economically. That's what we're doing at Occupy Xmas, at least.

Support Occupy Xmas sending unemployment reform to our state legislature! Like us on Facebook or Twitter if you love real reforms with your movements!
