It looked like a rambling statement of grievances to me.  We have grievances, and we will ramble, but it seems that a list of concise focused demands could spark constructive discussion and debate.  It could also help the 99% masses to focus on similar issues.

DEMANDS

government by the people, for the people, not the 1% and/or corporations
corporations are not people,
education not endless wars
tariffs on imports to create American jobs

This is where it should start, more can follow. It's not that hard and everybody should be on point.
