Observing the goings on of many of the Occupy movements across the country, one of the biggest problems I see is that the movement is losing focus and trying to address too many issues. This movement started out as a protest against the Wall Street banksters. And I believe that remains THE correct focus. Remember folks, it is these banksters who ultimately control the production and distribution of the currency/money in our society. They are the ones who need to be held accountable.
By bringing so many other issues into the mix(illegal immigration, student loans etc.) the most important message related to these banksters gets diluted. In addition, you lose a lot of people who only want to deal with maybe a few issues at most, not a whole litany of complaints. Some complaints are more apt for local city council meetings. Others obviously need a wider venue. In any event, I hope these words will be of help in formulating future policy.
