Occupy Los Angeles Bike Scum would like to work on another power generation project! Most occupies across the country use bike generators for power. Its a clean and easy way to create power ourselves, and not have to rely on a gas generator at all.

So I present to you a list of things that bike scum needs for this project, and a few other parts that they also need, as they keep all bikes at the occupation operational! We always take donations of old bikes, bike tools, and other parts, as some can be used for power generation others for spare bikes!  We hope to be able to power all areas of our occupation!

truck alternators

deep cell truck batteries

power invertors

shelf brackets

Metal with pre-drilled holes for mounting

cables

large alligator clamp

electrical tape

plumbers tape

shrink wrap

ratchet set w/screw driver

drill/screwdriver rechargeable

claw hammer

tubes and tires of all sizes

 (some old excersize bikes may be acceptable as well!)
