Drastically increase taxes upon the 1%, and upon all large corporations doing business in or with America or with Americans (Don't just roll back the Bush cuts).

Eliminate Gerrymandering by implementing computer drawn legislative districts (mainly following existing municipal boundaries).

Eliminate via legislation, legal rights and recognition of corporations as persons.

Make all lobbying and political contributions by corporations a felony crime.

Mandate via legislation, full immediate public disclosure of all political (& nonprofit/charitable) contributions in excess of $100.

Eliminate via legislation, almost all current restrictions upon Organized Labor.

Cut by 75% defense, NASA, Homeland Security, and the CIA (budgets & appropriations).

Increase by 25%, taxes upon oil & coal producers, and use the funds to subsidize demand side energy management (conservation), sustainable energy producers, and toxic waste cleanup.

Eliminate all corporate special interest tax breaks and loopholes, including all agricultural and carbon energy subsidies to large corporations.

Substantially penalize “the banks” for all residential foreclosures, and for increased consumer credit & bank fees, and rip-offs.

Immediately cut postal deliveries to 3 days per week.

Eliminate Social security and Medical/Health Aid to all persons earning in excess of a half million dollars a year.

Substantially subsidize Health Insurance (including dental & a public option), education, student debt, and vocational training for the bottom 75%.  Implement competition among all K-12 public schools.

Immediately grant U.S. citizenship to all undocumented immigrant families currently living in America (who want it).

Substantially penalize and prosecute all employers of undocumented immigrants.

Grant automatic U.S. citizenship to foreign student advanced degree graduates of American colleges (who want it).

Bar the use of any public funds for manned space exploration and travel; and subsidize ocean exploration, and the Peace Corps.

Bar (or tax by 95%) all employment compensation, including bonuses, severance, and benefits in excess of 15 million dollars per year total (including per termination).

Guarantee a living wage to all employees.  Prohibit any employee from being falsely labeled as a "subcontractor".

Eliminate/prohibit all restrictions/prequalifications upon voting.  Allow same day voter registration.

Repeal the "Patriot Act" and make all "Wire Tapping", "Enhanced interrogation methods" and "Collateral Damage" felony crimes.

Allow travel to contiguous Countries and the Caribbean with a U.S. birth certificate or drivers license, and without  a U.S. passport.

Increase by 100% all veterans’ (non-active) and public teacher (below college level) benefits, and make their (active duty) wage compensation equal to the compensation paid to law enforcement.

Make any public employment compensation in excess of $300k per year (including double dippers) a felony crime. 

Make all discrimination in employment or education (especially against women, Muslims, & gays) a felony crime. 

Eliminate anonymous single U.S. Senator holds. 

Vigorously prosecute (including fines & imprisonment) any water, soil, or air contamination. 

Establish a strong system of carbon caps and credit swaps.
