I been BUSY... My Replies to this story on Politico (Good Stuff)

Good Stuff, I think, How say YOU?

1.  my reply Post to the story itself:

Whatever the objectives of protesters involved in Occupy Wall Street,..... Geeze are you kidding, Whatever?

The OWS message and objective, for ALL those who STILL can not figure it out is simply this: We LOVE America, we want the broken government fixed. That's it in the nut shell direct from the Occupy Los Angeles GA tonight. Can you all remember that? Can you all understand that? Is the ANY person in the conversation dumb enough to stand up and say that the government is NOT broken? Did you see 60 Minutes on Sunday?

Who said that tonight in LA, We Love America and want the broken government fixed? Me that's who. And it got a lot of traction because THAT IS THE MESSAGE. Granted there is a lot of other crap swirling around the occupation bowl, but THAT is what we all want, Me, You, Them. Fix the broken government. Even Warren Buffett says that, with a call for a Constitutional Convention, even if it was kind of a joke when he first said it on TV in July. Warren knows in his heart of hearts that that IS the ONE SURE WAY how the government can get fixed. and he's pretty smart guy, don't you agree?

How do we fix it? THAT is the next conversation after we all agree that those who carry the message should no longer be beaten, tear gassed, or shot with bean bag bullets for exercising their First Amendment rights to peacefully assemble, and to point out that there is too much dirty money in the way government does business. Do ALL of you big time political thinkers get that now? Did you see 60 Minutes on Sunday?

AND if you, yes YOU sitting there in the comfort of your home, office or school think all THE OCCUPIERS ARE RUN-A-MUCK hooligans and criminals, get off your butts and MEET some of them. AND for all of you who think this is a foolish exercise in time wasted, BOA dropped their $5.00 a month debit card fee plans, didn't they, AND 4.5 BILLION TRANSFERRED TO CREDIT UNIONS since the end of September, didn't it?

Come on down and talk to us. AND It would be great if you brought down something to eat and share it, or even those old sleeping bags in the garage, or those nice warm overcoats and sweaters you have not worn in a long time because they are, OMG, faded. It would be nice because Occupying is not all Singing and Dancing, there is some going hungry and freezing in the rain and cold too. Really, 99% of the Occupiers won't bite you. However, as we say in Occupy Land , watch out for that 1%.

We ALL Love America… We want the broken government fixed…..

2. My reply to a really LONG post:

Hey it is not called the First Amendment for nothing. THAT IS the law of the land. That IS the ABSOLUTE right whereby the Occupiers are entitled to peacefully assemble to redress their grievances to the government on what used to be the Public Commons (look THAT one up). The crooked government needs fixing. THAT is the OWS message and they get gassed and shot for saying it, BY THE CROOKED GOVERNMENT. Nice Eh?......

Want the real story why people who have woken up to the FACTS are pissed? See these (copy and paste into your browser cause something messed up with the links)

600 TRILLION evaporated because Greenspan and his boys were WRONG about the markets self-regulating. OMG!

In case you ALL can not remember it, here it is for your review.

Congress shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

It is ALSO constitutionally correct that the BS curfews and safety codes used to beat, gas and shoot the citizens do NOT trump the Constitution of the United States of America. Because in case you have not looked lately, here’s some more about THAT:

Originally, the First Amendment applied only to laws enacted by the Congress. However, starting with Gitlow v. New York, 268 U.S. 652 (1925), the Supreme Court has held that the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment applies the First Amendment to each state, including any local government.

So there it is people, Occupiers have EVERY RIGHT to peacefully assemble to call out the crooks that have broken our political decision making systems. In fact it is the FIRST RIGHT, NO dare I say DUTY, of every American to call out the crooks. Got anything that trumps the First Amendment? I think NOT! So waddya Got in light of that stuff? I will bet you got Nothing, Nada, Zilch, Zero. People, GET with the program or continue to be at the mercy of the CROOKS on K Street and Wall Street. Did you see 60 Minutes on Sunday?

3. This lame post by Marilyn Terrell · National Geographic: I agree income inequality is a problem in this country when you have some people living in $2 million houses and others unable to afford an apartment: http://bighollywood.breitb
art.com/abreitbart/2011/11/10/exclusive-photos-michael-moores-massive-michigan-vacation-mansion-beyond-99-percents-wildest-dreams/. ED. Geeze Breitbart is SO LAME!
My Reply: Are you Freeking Kiddin? Michael Moore actually MAKES stuff. He Deserves to be rich because he is successful. People LIKE his works. He is NOT a thief like those big shot bankers on Wall Street like Paulsen and Geithner and let's not forget the first modern fox to rule the Treasury hen house, Donald Regan, once CEO of Merrill Lynch. Those guys are ALL crooks and thieves and deserve to go to JAIL. They could not hold a candle to Michael Moore in terms of honest creativity. By the the way I don't know where you live, but you don't get that much anymore for $2 million in LA or SF out here in California anymore. Petra Ecclestone recently bought Arron Spellings old place for FREEKING 85 million. THAT is income inequality, don't you think?

Occupiers = We ALL Love America, we want the crooked government fixed.

I have to add to it, and I'll

I have to add to it, and I'll be brief.

This is very important: right now they want you all to shut up and just go away.

What I mean is, forget anything else...the point of Occupy, to me, is to wake people the fuck up. It's a signal flare. A bullroarer. A fire alarm.

That's why the corporate owned media, the corporate bought government agencies and the corporate dominated bureaucracy are all trying to silence you. Anything else is completely superfluous.

Forget camping and all that. I respect everything you are doing there, but to the average American who is unhappy but doesn't know what to do, just being there, marching, talking, protesting is waking them up.

That's why it's so funny to see the media trying desperately to talk about any stupid fucking subject they can think of to not talk about you. But it's not working.

One last thing...I know you guys are really busy, and probably don't see the bigger picture, but being peaceful is working. The public tide across the country is turning against corrupt law enforcement officials who use paramilitary tactics and too much physical force. It's terrible when a protestor or journalist gets horribly mangled, but when it happens the media runs it ("If it bleeds, it leads") and more and more people join the 99%. That means that, at the rate things are going, we can see a lot of legal reform which could benefit good, honest cops and the general public at the same time.

That's another message that's getting out because of your good work.

I'll shut up but just remember, even with everything Rancho Larry has gone over, the most important thing is for Occupy to persist and keep going on. Every day you exist, get bigger and get the message out is more victorious than the day before.

That's why the corrupt system we all hate is freaking the fuck out, right now.
