disregard if you want, i feel more motivated to vent when public so i choose here instead of pages. but anyways
frankly, it takes 16 mass shootings in a year to do what one al qeada asshole can do with one bomb, in as soon as a day. so for me the question isnt gun control, its about security. if the government bans assault rifles, what makes these uncontrollable few, these modern american terrorist think, "ammonium nitrate is easily accessible, and provides a bigger boom than a 5.56 round". or this relates to any other sort of explosive compound. i believe if there is any kind of ban on any kind of firearm, it would basically open the door for these crazy people of start thinking outside the realm of guns. i see more elaborate schemes and a higher death toll. americans are smart; in the right context, something as simple as a fertilizer bomb can be highly devastating. i remember making a pen cap marijuana pipe because i didnt want to get caught in school with my little bubbler. point is, if a person really tries hard enough and has enough hate in their hearts or the wrong kind of itch in their mentally disabled brain, then they can find a way around the laws, and get close enough to cause deadly effect regardless of what the weapon is.
my high times solution to this is simple, in any public forum, whether it be city hall or movie theatres or schools or malls there should be armed security. but not just any type of armed secuirty, american military veterans. the unemployment rate among american veterans has been and still is increasing so a no brainer would be to hire them as security gaurds in schools and or other high traffic areas. military veterans are the best trained men and woman on firearms in our nation, or are supposed to be. and if they cant find a job, then they can just continue what theyve been doing for our nation, but in a smaller scale, keeping our country safe.
theres alot more i had in my head but my heads starting to ache and the buds fading so, PEACE!
