Los Angeles graffitti artist Sabre created an amazing art piece which currently sits on the south east lawn of Los Angeles City Hall. This is a time lapse video of its creation.

Many news organizations are saying that the "Global Day of Change" march was the high point of the movement. Many other mainstream media outlets failed to cover the "Los Angeles Day of Change" march at all.  I say we prove them wrong. I say we bring more people into the streets with a second march on Saturday, October 29th 2011 and we call it "The International Day of Occupation" march.  We have the momentum!

SABER has also worked in design, taking jobs for Harley-Davidson and Levis, on movie sets and music videos, and was commissioned by Hyundai and Scion to airbrush cars.

He's part of the movement we're trying to stop, Do you think he cared where the money was coming from LEVI'S come on people this company is one of the most horendous companies out there, where are their jeans produced? HYUNDAI, how many workers rights are violated daily by this multi national giant!

Go to his web site... $35.00 for a freaking t-shirt! REALLY! and where are those t-shirts made Saberone? $35.00 why $35.00 for a piece of cotton to clothe our backs, I bet the shirts are from China or some other Asian country produced for pennies by tortured children who barely get a bowl of rice!

STOP THE HYPOCRICY!

I thought the artwork was what was being shown. AFAIK, I did not see any individual promotion, website, or even a signature. Get off your high horse and accept someone's volunteer contribution. We all have participated in some way in a broken and corrupt system. It has been rather unavoidable, unless one has been a hermite the last 35 years.


AND, there are people in the 99% involved in the Tea Party that have the same concerns we do. We don't want to automatically exclude them, either. I would suspect that the artist here considers himself as in the 99%.


But, if you feel that you have the formula for an ideologically pure movement, then perhaps you should start one of your own.

So crawl back in your hole and keep promoting this capitalist!

Dont be so naive he's doing it for the publicity not the movement,

And yes we HAVE all partcipated over the  past 35 years, so isn't that part of the reason we are here now! time to stop this NOW!

 ..and saw nothing offensive. Sure, Saber had his website posted. Why not ? It wasn't as if he was soliciting for anything.


It seems to me that jealous, whiner, attention whores are less desired than qualified artists.


BTW, I was spending the day doing graphics and cartoons for movement.

So spend the $35 and see from the label where it's made!!!!
