To help get better organized I found this website ( http://www.polleverywhere.com/ )that has a polling system via txt. It is $140/mo. for 700 people to join the poll. That is only 20 cents per person! It obviously goes up but it can support 20,000 people. Each GA could use it. If someone doesn't have the 20 cents to join they could bring a recycleable to bring to the recycling center for money. At any rate there is a way to help move things along.
