Supposedly Occupy LA will be evicted because they are harming the lawn, and are a health hazard to themselves. Why not then pay for the lawn to be fixed once the occupation is over? The last time I was at Occupy they said they had 10,000 something dollars in donations, I think they could cover it and still have enough to survive. Even if this is refused by the mayor or city council, it will point out that the major and his council do not care about the actual lawn, and are only using it as a tool to evict the occupation.
As far as a health hazard to themselves, I'm not sure what could be done against this, and I dont know what Occupy LA has for health and safety resources besides a basic but well run "police" force, food, shelter, and bathrooms. Maybe work with the council to create a report of health and safety, and create a make shift medical center that fits their standards?
What do you guys think of these ideas, and overall thoughts on the eviction?

Pay for the Lawn

I think that's a great idea, was thinking the same thing myself. This must've been brought up before. . .?
