People have asked if it is legal to sleep on the sidewalk around City Hall or if this is reserved only for the Skid Row area. Yes, it is allowed to sleep on sidewalk in ALL of Los Angeles from 9 pm to 6 am. This is based on a lawsuit settlement between the ACLU and the City of Los Angeles. such a shame to be forced from the park

Sorry to be negative, but it is such a shame to be forced from the park to the sidewalk. It is like being told it is legal to go eat shit and die. What fraction of a percent of the population can actually sleep reasonably well on the sidewalk? Has a large supply of air mattresses been donated yet?
When the camp grows, why not bring some from skid row into the movement? And, how about taking some folks to skid row to show that situation to the public?
