Actions Committee Didn't Meet Last Night

Instead, a black, old, overweight man wearing a dress (sorry, had to describe him cuz i don't know his name) who leads the Hood Committee--actually the same guy who shoved me when I was trying to give the microphone back to the General Assembly--was trying to convince that Hood Committee that I was evil for trying to get the microphone back to the General Assembly.  Crazy how tyrants resort to violence and think they can be good leaders:  Martin Luther King was totally against that.

I may have shouted to get the microphone back to General Assembly, but that was only after 3 days of futile hard blocks after the Facilitations Committee took it away without a General Assembly vote on it.  I had to shout, cuz there were dozens of buffoons and their goons trying to suppress the General Assembly by taking away the microphone.

I showed up at the Actions Committee to tell them to **keep the stack open for more than 60 seconds to take proposals**; but, there was no Actions Committee meeting, and the tyrant who shoved me was there instead.

You don't know the name of

You don't know the name of one of the people most involved in the movement. Someone unavoidable if you'd actually participated in things, or paid attention to what anyone else was saying if you did.

Well, at least we know where you're coming from.

I have a complaint, though, too. Following the Occupy The Hood Assembly meeting on the north steps, a woman walked up and just started ranting about the oppression of replacing amplified sound with the people's mic. Even when her concerns were addressed, and she was told that amplified sound had been returned days ago, she continued to repeat herself.

She seemed totally oblivious and disinterested in following a process which is meant to offer the time and sequential order to let individual voices be heard, yet it's also paradoxically her sole object of interest. Her defense of free speech? Randomly blurting things out, not responding to anything anyone says or asks, and repeating her original, already addressed complaint, like an automaton.

I'd heard she left, but just in case, keep an eye out for her.

I am really getting sick of

I am really getting sick of this nonsense. The people who are occupying HATE the peoples mic. People who are not involved in this movement who think they can come to General Assembly and take over are really misguided.

I have been really great about keeping my thoughts and comments to myself, but I know IMO and others who share this seniment, its people like this who are trying to derail the movement.

We are not going to let anyone stop us. This petty nonsense is not what we need to be worrying about, and if you really were a part of this movement, you would not be creating such a major spectacle every time the opportunity presents itself.

Furthermore, collecting peoples personal info and also posting peoples personal information on this website and others is an obvious sign that you are only trying to cause trouble.

Remember the whole world is watching
