In choosing a solution to our slow motion nightmare it must be one we all can agree on. One that addresses all the concerns of the 99ers. One that is acceptable to government. One that the 1% cannot be a detractor to. One that has been around for thousands of years. One that 25 OECD nations have adopted. One designed to get government to function as intended with a democratic representation instead of an unequal influence by corporate lobbyists. One that protects a citizen from abuses by any agency. One refined for 200 years. One proven and embraced by 39 governments. One adopted and proven by two of our 50 states. One easy to adopt and ready to go. What is happening is inevitable, our four estates with checks on corruption will slow things down but this system is designed to promote the general welfare through opposing the powerful who would take it all unopposed.
All of us have great ideas for our demands but they are unproven with some detractors. OWS needs to get behind one demand everyone can get behind known as a nemine dissentiente or without a dissenting vote.
Even the 1% cannot detract from present day Patrons protecting the progeny of our founding Patrons. So briefly lets look at this detractorless system. For reference I use The Matrix. A council of Patrons is formed by those who meet or exceed all the definitions of a Patron. These citizens inheritantly have the power to commission officials to office as defined under patronage. This council supervises the director who is in charge of the hovercraft captains. These captains hack into all four estates, administrations and agencies looking for corruption in the machine world and then oppose it. The way the 1% sees it they will continue to rob everything until someone says no. Sep 17th was the first time anyone said no to them. Our Declaration of Independence gives all of us the duty to provide New Guards for our future security. 39 nations have already implemented our National Treasure, this is done by giving our Patrons consent in commissioning plenipotentiaries to act as citizen protectors. There are many duties given these Investigators but this will do for a start.

It sounds too much like the corrupt Supreme Court we currently have, appointing a Council of Patrons. There has to be term limits. Maybe elgible are voted egible locally and then picked by a public lottery, to prevent tampering. And what do we do if we have a "I only do what the President wants" Attorney General (as far as pressing charges of the umbrella charge "malfeasance in office"), like we have pretty much had since Nixon? As employers, we need to legislate guildelines for public officials to clear up what is malfeasance and what is serious crimes against the country, Constitution and/or People and what remedy and punishments are necessary. Like all Congressional reps should automatically have a jury trial in their district, none of this "jury of their peers" do-nothing Congressional Ethics Committee! And, local government should be hand-in-hand with the People Auditors, enforcement is their PAID for job. The People deserve their protection (and S.S., CIA, FBI) from unscrupulous public officials!

There is much missing as we have to keep it brief. Patrons have to meet or exceed all the definitions of a patron or lose their patron status. SCOTUS members lost their patron status when they selected Bush to office. Patrons are chosen, named and honored special guardian protectors. These judges were chosen by neo-cons.
There are term limits and there is no doing what anyone in government wants as government cannot appoint this New Guard. We the 99ers are given a duty to provide New Guards for our future security by giving our consent to a functioning as intended government and then we give our consent to our New Guards to investigate corruption in the other guys we give consent to.
These plenipotentiaries know serious from softer crimes and know the dose needed to correct the maladministrators. Government cannot indict itself. Attorney Generals defer the sensitive cases to the investigators commissioned by our Patrons. This system has proven to close the chasm between we the people are the government and the kakistocratic people we hire to run our government.
We the people deserve protection from our agencies and the FBI is complaining that their staff working on the savings and loan scandal has been seriously cut down to work on an infinately more wall street scandal. This system investigates to find out why they are being cut and then corrects the problem. Thanks for your interest.

I think this has to be one of the biggest issues on the table because the mechanism used to foreclose on all of these homeowners is the same mechanism used to rob wealth from the 99% on a daily basis.
Banks use a simple but sinister rule of law to steal wealth from the 99%. That sinister rule of law is..."No debt can be restructured until the debtor first defaults on the debt". This one rule of law allows the banks to legally steal from the 99%. Change this one banking law to "Debt can be restructured WITHOUT A DEFAULT" and the 99% can protect what their remaining wealth.
